Ullas PR, the complainant in the case, filed the case against the actress for allegedly not pronouncing certain words correctly in the national anthem. , the complainant also said that if someone like Sunny Leone, who enjoys so much popularity, commits these mistakes, it will influence her fans as well. He also said that the actress should have practiced the song well before singing it in the event.

This is not the first time Ullas has filed a complaint against a celebrity. He had previously filed a case against Amitabh Bachchan for the same reason back in March this year. The film star had sung the national anthem during the World T20 match between India and Pakistan at the Eden Gardens. Ullas also filed a case against pro-boxing star Vijender Singh earlier this week “for insulting the national flag”.
